I got the call yesterday that I will now be working in Valparaiso. This was completely out of the blue and unexpected. When I heard it was ny boss on the answering machine, I assumed the worst and thought I was going back to days. When he told me about Valpo, I was in shock but relieved at the same time. It is an extremely busy store, during the day and night so that is a huge plus. The chances of midnites being taken away are slim to none. The drive is gonna stink during the winter since I'm so used to just hopping on I65 and taking highway all the way to Highland, but I'll get used to it. The worst part is how much I'm gonna miss everyone I worked with on Midnites. It's hard to get good help on the midnite shift, but I had an awesome crew who worked really hard and were so nice to be around. The worst part of any situation is not knowing so I'm glad I know something now...I'm not so stressed out.
I guess I'll give my diet another try:)
I know I said in one of my previous posts that midniters never get moved. Well, it can happen obviously, look at me, but it rarely happens. Even my boss admitted that this hardly happens, so go figure.
